JE(ATC) - Total 120 questions{60 from physics and mathematics of intermediate level and rest 60 questions from Aptitude reasoning and general awareness}
JE(OPERATIONS)- Same as JE(ATC)
JE(COMMERCIAL)- 60 Non technical questions and 60 questions of management discipline
JE(TECHNICAL)- 60questions from mechanical discipline and 60 questions from  non technical portion.

Note: if you are going to apply for the post of JE COMMERCIAL , then you have to study for management discipline also as 60 questions will be from management . As the questions are very easy you can easily complete this section by studying following book.

A question bank in management.
( Important for je commercial examination).


Also, it may be noted here that some candidates neglect the general awareness including general science and English section.Due to which they are not able to make it through the merit lists even after scoring very high in other sections.so proper time should be given to prepare for these sections too. For this section you can get an edge over other candidates by studying from following books.
